Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. All domestic orders within India are shipped  through registered courier companies or speed post. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2- 3 working days, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Please note  that delivery is subject to the courier company or postal authority's norms. Typically, deliveries within  India are completed within 4-5 working days from the date of dispatch, though they may take longer  for non-metro cities or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural calamities or pandemics). 

Shipping Charges 

For orders above Rs. 1,999/- shipping is free. We recommend providing a complete and accurate  address, including a contact number and zip code, to ensure smooth delivery. All deliveries will be  made to the registered address, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. 

Tracking & Notifications 

After dispatching your order, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You will also be notified about the  order's estimated delivery date during checkout or via email.  

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy 

-No Returns/Refunds - We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged  during shipping. "Damage" includes the following: 

Missing elements in the game 

Damage to the product, including both the outer and inner packaging. 

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. 

- Damaged Articles: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving  your order. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged article. No refunds will be issued. 

- Replacement Process: To request a replacement for a damaged article please provide proof of  damage (e.g., photos) along with your order details. Once verified, we will initiate the replacement  within 4-5 working days. Shipping costs for replacing damaged items are covered by us. 

-Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your  order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@cherapunjee.com. Once the order has  been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the product is damaged during the shipping, please refer to  our Return & Refund policy for further assistance.
